Embroidery complete
The brickstitch embroideries I've been working on are complete, and ready to be turned into purses. Here's what they look like so far (not to scale):

The bottom embroidery is my particular favorite, I loved it when you first showed the pic of it in progress. Did you get the pattern from the picture of the reliquary box on bildindex? If not, what was your source? I was just staring at this pattern last night, contemplating recreating it, maybe even for a box.
Congratulations of finishing these embroideries, I look forward to seeing them as finished purses!
Kathy, the bottom pattern I based off a purse somewhere in Belgium. You can see some pictures of it here.
I too have completed an embroidery for a pouch, but am unsure how to turn it into the pouch. How do you intend on doing this?
When you assemble it into a pouch, do you cut the slits in for the threads/cords?
